This Tuesday, the FinOps Foundation was officially launched at the Cloud Economics Summit in San Francisco.
The Summit was a big success, and the 90 minute recording is available now. We received a packed standing-room-only crowd, and hundreds more signed up for the live stream.
Charter members Alex Landis from Autodesk and Sascha Curth from OLX shared their own stories of the FinOps journey along with Owen Rogers from 451 Research and Keith Jarrett from AWS.
Most excitingly, there are dozens of new membership applications to join the Foundation from around the world. As we work through all the inbound requests, I wanted to share a round-up of some of the press coverage this week:
