Platform offering: CerteroX Cloud Management

CerteroX Cloud Management is the FinOps-certified product in the CerteroX family. It runs continuously across the customer’s connected clouds, ingesting cost and usage data, allocating spend against the customer’s pool and tag model, modeling commitments, surfacing anomalies, and tracking optimization recommendations to verified outcome.

Service offering: Certero FinOps Managed Service

The Certero FinOps Managed Service is a single-tier advisory service wrapped around CerteroX Cloud Management. A FinOps Certified Professional Trusted Advisor runs the cadence on the customer’s side while the platform runs continuously in the background. The customer owns the practice and executes every change in their own cloud. Certero never writes back.

Three rhythms keep the practice moving: a live platform view of actuals, allocation and anomalies; a daily digest email that highlights what changed and what to act on; and a 60-minute Monthly Service Review with the Trusted Advisor that captures decisions and tracks the action register.

The service is aligned to the FinOps Framework 2026 across the Inform, Optimize, and Operate phases. Onboarding, quarterly health checks, and an annual FinOps Maturity Assessment are available as separate engagements.

FOCUS support

CerteroX Cloud Management is built on a FOCUS-aligned data model. Ingestion, allocation, commitment reporting, and chargeback all use FOCUS-conforming data. Customers receive a FOCUS data feed they can wire into downstream BI, finance, or data-warehouse tooling, with no proprietary lock-in on the cost-and-usage layer.
