Natalie leads instructional design and education at the FinOps Foundation, creating learning experiences that help FinOps Practitioners build real-world FinOps skills. She develops certification programs, courses, and enablement content that turn complex ideas into clear, practical guidance.
She works across teams to shape the Foundation’s training portfolio and learner experience, with a focus on clarity, usability, and outcomes. Known for bringing structure to ambiguity, Natalie enjoys turning big, messy ideas into engaging, scalable learning.
Outside of work, you can usually find Natalie kayaking with her family or finding any excuse to be outside.
